LABORERS

Join our team as a laborer and be part of the foundation of every project. No two days are the same, and there’s plenty of room to learn, grow, and take pride in the work you help bring to life.

  • This position offers the opportunity to be part of our dedicated team. We’re looking for a dependable team player who’s ready to support all aspects of estimating and field operations. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with site prep and cleanup, including debris removal and material organization

    • Operating hand and power tools under supervision

    • Supporting installation of formwork, rebar, and concrete

    • Following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE

    • Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites

    • Helping assemble and dismantle scaffolding and other temporary structures

    • Performing basic maintenance on tools and equipment

    • Working closely with the team to stay on schedule and meet project deadlines

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    • Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.

    • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, as well as stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

    • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

    • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

    • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

EQUIPMENT

OPERATORS

We’re looking for skilled equipment operators who take safety and precision seriously. If you’re experienced and ready to put your expertise to work on a variety of challenging projects, we want to hear from you.

  • This position offers the opportunity to join our team, where the ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player ready to assist with all aspects of estimating and equipment operation. Responsibilities include:

    • Operating heavy construction equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes) for excavation, grading, and material handling

    • Conducting pre-operational checks and reporting maintenance needs

    • Following project plans for accurate and efficient machinery operation

    • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and crew to meet deadlines

    • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations

    • Assisting with equipment setup, breakdown, and transportation to job sites

    • Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery

    • Keeping accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or certifications in equipment operation is a plus.

    • Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment with a strong understanding of machinery functions and safety procedures.

    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.

    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

    • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments.

    • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
